On Wednesday, June 12, The Luxury Network Australia and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal hosted an evening of networking in their private dining room.

Guests were treated with an eclectic selection of Champagne, wines and cocktails whilst sampling exquisite canapés.

Following years of research, the culinary team of chefs Heston Blumenthal and Ashley-Palmer Watts has resulted in a modern menu of dishes inspired by historic recipes and history books.  Some elements dating back as far as the 13th century.  The two chefs have created a unique and original dining experience.
