The Winmark 2019 Single Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay has been meticulously crafted. Aromas of roasted nuts and butterscotch, with depth and layers of expressions of citrus, apple and honey melon with a creamy texture and velvet undertone from extended lees contact is a welcome addition to the astute collector.

This vineyard was established long ago under the renowned Pooles Rock label, which produced some of the finest Hunter Valley wines of its time. Karin Adcock purchased the property in 2016 and it became Winmark Wines – meaning “Fields of Vines” in her Danish tongue. It’s remarkable revival has seen the vineyard re-established with a team of highly skilled and passionate wine experts ensuring the road from the vines to the glass is optimised.
