Hosted by wine expert George Samios from The [Drinks] Edit & Penali Cellar Doors, the guests will take a trip back in Australia’s wine history as they hear stories about how our wine culture has developed and reminisce on our first bottle of Blue Duck, Mateus, or Cask Moselle. As we taste extraordinary wines from the last 10 years from the iconic Wynns John Riddoch Cabernet – named after the founder of the famous Coonawarra region, to Wolf Blass Black Label one of Australia’s most awarded wines, to a rare fortified made from a vineyard planted in 1913.

A wine immersion like no other, a wine masterclass followed by dinner.
